The table setting competition for the 9 months batch of Good shepherd finishing School was conducted on 01 March, 2014.
The 3 houses, Elegance, Excellence and Emancipation had 3 teams each for
the competition. The students got to use their creativity in making menu cards,
table mats, and came up with suitable decorations to suit their chosen style of
Table setting.
The students exhibited immense knowledge through their arrangement of crockery and cutlery, flower arrangement and colour sense.
Their napkin folds were precise and impeccable, and by the time the competition ended, there were 9 different tables following 9 different themes and the Restaurant truly looked like there was an amalgamation of 9 different cultures laid on each table.
