Dietetics and Nutrition, a subject taught from July was put to test at the Diet food Competition. In Teams of 5, the Students prepared a 4 Course Menu according to their chosen Criteria.
The topics were; Diet during Pregnancy – First Position
Diet for Diabetic - Second Position
Diet for Underweight - Third Position
Diet for Obese and
Balanced diet for Teenagers
The calorie content calculation, the preparation and the presentation of the food was commendable.
