The students of the 3 month batch attended a workshop on Cake Decoration on 25 September 2013, conducted by Ms. Marianne Johannes. Cooking is an art, they say, well, people would definitely agree with that point if they’d attended the workshop. The students learnt how to decorate cakes professionally, with flavored icing, baskets, and other shapes made out of chocolate and icing. They were also taught to decorate a cake with homemade icing. They also learnt how to make chocolate fondants. It was one delicious workshop with rich creamy icing and a cherry on top.
