Soups and Salads Competition
After
the Diwali break, the ladies of the 9 Months Batch were energized and ready for
their first competition in cooking - the Soups and Salads Competition, which
was held on 30 November, 2014.This competition was not only pleasing to the eye
but also pleasing to the palette.
The
zeal and enthusiasm of the ladies to do their level best was evident in the
kitchen. It comprised of vivid and creative presentation styles along with
various interesting themes. All the ladies put their best in the competition.

Workshop on Protocol and Social Graces
Elegance
and Excellence is required to contribute in building a better society. The
workshop on protocol and social graces was conducted on 29 October, 2014 to
bring in this to the ladies of the Finishing School to be presentable and
graceful at every stage in life.
Etiquette
and Protocol are ways of showing love and kindness in small ways. With an easy,
engaging style and lots of helpful details, our Dean Mrs. Neetha Natraj outlined
the meaning purpose and importance of protocol in education, and described the
different ways of practicing at the home and at school which include social
skills, personal grooming, appropriate dressing, and many more.
The
workshop taught us to be accountable, productive and constructive every moment,
and also on the minute improvements over time which lead to stunning results.
