The students of the January session of the 3 months batch at Good Shepherd Finishing School arrived on the 12 January, 2014. The atmosphere was quite sombre as they hardly knew each other. With a flicker of a smile here and there, some anxious faces, others nervous, the students were assigned groups, villas, and their daily schedules.
The students were asked to introduce themselves to one another. They were briefed on the schedule; daily, weekly and monthly, the protocol and by the end of the orientation; the air had become completely relaxed as they seemed more open to mingling with each other, enthusiastic to the challenges of the change in the climate, and also adjusting themselves to the new surroundings and people with full energy and excitement looking forward to see their sweet hopes turn into reality!
