Vegetable carving is the art of carving vegetables to form beautiful objects. The products of vegetable carving are generally flowers, animals or birds; however, the only limit is one’s imagination.
Our students of the 9 months’ batch participated in the Vegetable Carving Competition on 07 October, 2018.
They presented newfangled carving in Vegetables and Fruits with different themes. It was indeed a delight to watch them exhibit their talents.
Our Food and Beverage facilitator, Chef Udaya Sankar judged the competition.
