Indian Cooking Fiesta

The Indian Cooking Competition of the 9 Months Batch of the year was held on 25 January, 2018. 



















































































 

The students in 3 houses; Emancipation, Excellence and Elegance participated with the preparation of the food and the presentation of their respective cuisine and culture in the order; Dakshin, Mughlai and Marwadi.



























































The F&B training sessions at the School helped the Students to explore their culinary skills and creativity in preparation and presentation. The Atrium at the campus turned to a Cultural hub on all the 3 days.

































































































The Competition was adjudged accordingly;

First Position: Team Elegance
-Dakshin Cuisine


Second Position: Team Excellence
                             -  Marwadi Gujarathi  Cuisine

Third Position: Team Emancipation

                             -  Mughlai Cuisine
