            Indian Cooking Fiesta

The Indian Cooking Competition of the 9 Months Batch of the year was held on 23, 24 and 25 January, 2016. 


































 


The Students in 3 Houses; Elegance, Excellence and Emancipation participated with the preparation of the food and the presentation of their respective cuisine and culture in the order; Marathi, Rajasthani and Punjabi.



































The F& B training sessions at the School helped the Students to explore their culinary skills and creativity in preparation and presentation. The Atrium at the campus turned to a Cultural hub on all the 3 days.































The Competition was adjudged accordingly;


First Position: Team Excellence
                             Rajasthani Cuisine


Second Position: Team Elegance and
                                   Team Emancipation
                                   Punjabi and Marathi Cuisine




           Reporting of the 3 Months Batch



The 3 Months Batch Students of the year 2015-2016 (Second Session) reported to the campus on 17 January, 2016.



The Welcome and Orientation Programme for the Parents was held on the same day. The Principal Mrs Elsamma Thomas, the Senior Vice Principal Administration, GSIS and the Dean Mrs Neetha Nataraj addressed the audience.

The Orientation of the Students was conducted by the Dean on the day in the evening. The Students and the Institution look forward to accomplish the motto ‘give us a girl and take back a lady!’.
