“This Kitchen cooks with love”
The Students of the 9 months’ batch enjoyed cooking which is taught as a part of their Food and Beverage curriculum facilitated Chef Udaya Sankar.
They experimented cooking with different technique and it started with soups and salads.
Their skill sets and creativity were put up on test. The objectives highlighted through this event were time management, team spirit, skills to work with deadlines, with poise and grace.
