Gujarati, Marathi and Rajasthani cuisine were the treat of the three
days of “Indian Food Fiesta’; In
three teams; Elegance, Excellence and Emancipation; the students competed with
great enthusiasm to create the tastes and ambience of Gujarat, Maharashtra and
Rajasthan.
The regular training in cooking and the research by the students on the
culture, tradition and cuisine of the states enabled them to appreciate
cultural differences.
Entertainment programmes integral
to each state added hue to the cooking
festival, ‘Indian Food Fiesta’.
