The six days from 1 to 6 December, 2011 marked the cultural awareness and the culinary expertise of the students. International cuisines varying through Mexican, Lebanese and Italian, prepared and presented in a traditional and elegant manner depicted the broader perspectives of the students on various cultures. Entertainment programs pertaining to each culture accompanied the food, which took the invitees to these lands. The preparation and the presentation of Indian cuisine ranging from Gujarati, Rajasthani and Bengali and the cultural programs related to it helped the invitees to experience the cultural diversity and the gastronomy of these places. The event helped the students to implement and experience the theoretical concepts to which they were exposed in their regular cookery classes.
