SOUPS AND SALADS COMPETITION

The regular sessions and workshops on theoretical and practical learning in cooking helped the students to improve their culinary skills. Through classroom instruction and hands-on work in the culinary labs, students learned to make soups and salads, pastry, desserts and baking. A Soup and Salad competition was held on 19 November, 2011.The students prepared varieties of Soups and different types of Salads.
